Use of the site

Eligibility and access

By accessing or using 91clubgame.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those of India. Residents of states where online gaming or wagering is prohibited by local law, such as Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland, are not permitted to access real-money features of the Site. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful before proceeding.

Permitted use

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Site without prior written consent; use automated tools, bots, or crawlers to harvest data; attempt unauthorised access to any server or database connected to the Site; upload malicious code or harmful material; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any conduct that disrupts the integrity or performance of the Site. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and, where warranted, referral to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

Account responsibilities

If you register an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. When making deposits or withdrawals, you may use supported Indian payment methods such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), BHIM UPI, net banking, or approved debit cards. You must ensure that all payment instruments used belong to you and are not the subject of any dispute or chargeback. 91 Club reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any transaction and to suspend access where verification cannot be completed.

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of such content, is the exclusive property of 91 Club or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. The name "91 Club", the 91 Club logo, and all related marks and slogans are registered or unregistered trademarks of 91 Club and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Restricted use and limited licence

No content from the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, republished, or transmitted in any form without the prior express written permission of 91 Club. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 91 Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or create derivative works based on any Site content. If you submit any user-generated content through the Site, you grant 91 Club a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site.

Limitation of liability

No warranties

The Site and all content, features, and services provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 91 Club does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site, including results, odds, or account balance displays. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

Cap on liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, 91 Club and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where 91 Club is found liable for direct damages, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 91 Club account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This cap applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

Third-party services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment gateways such as PhonePe, GPay, and BHIM. 91 Club has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Any transaction conducted through a third-party payment provider is governed solely by that provider's terms and conditions, and disputes regarding failed or delayed transactions must be resolved directly with the relevant payment provider.
