91 Club - Privacy Policy
Read the 91 Club privacy policy: what information we collect, how we use and protect it, your data-protection rights, and how to contact us with any privacy questions.
Information we collect
Account and identity data
When you register on 91 Club at 91clubgame.net, we collect your full name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. To satisfy KYC requirements under Indian law, we may request a government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter ID to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in real-money games in your state of residence. These identity records are stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorised compliance personnel.
Financial and payment data
To process deposits and withdrawals, we collect payment details including UPI IDs linked to apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM, along with bank account numbers and IFSC codes for NEFT or IMPS transfers. Card-based payments are tokenised by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways; we do not retain full card numbers on our own servers. All transaction reference numbers are logged to support reconciliation and dispute resolution in line with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
Device and usage data
We automatically collect technical data each time you access 91clubgame.net: IP addresses, device identifiers (advertising ID or IMEI), browser type, operating system version, session start and end timestamps, pages visited, and in-game activity including bet history and game outcomes. This data helps us detect unusual login patterns, prevent multi-accounting, and maintain overall platform security and stability.
How we use your information
Service delivery and account management
We use your personal data to create and maintain your 91 Club account, process deposit and withdrawal requests, authenticate your identity during registration and any subsequent re-KYC review, and provide responsive customer support via live chat and email. Without this information, we are unable to deliver core platform services or protect the security of your funds held on 91clubgame.net.
Legal and regulatory compliance
91 Club operates under applicable Indian legislation, including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and the KYC and Anti-Money Laundering guidelines issued by the Financial Intelligence Unit, India (FIU-IND). We retain verified identity documents and financial transaction records for a minimum of five years as mandated by these regulations. Where legally required, we may file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the FIU-IND and disclose account data to law-enforcement authorities or courts in response to a valid legal order.
Marketing communications
With your explicit consent, we may send promotional offers, cashback notifications, and tournament announcements by email or SMS. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional message or by visiting Account Settings → Notifications on 91clubgame.net. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages, such as deposit confirmations or withdrawal status updates, which are sent as part of your contractual relationship with us.
Your rights
Access, correction, and consent
As a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to access a clear summary of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete, and withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent applies to future processing only and does not invalidate processing already carried out on a lawful basis prior to your request.
Erasure and retention limits
You may request erasure of your personal data where we no longer have a legal or contractual basis to retain it. However, certain records, including KYC documents, financial transaction histories, and communication logs, must be retained for a minimum of five years under PMLA obligations and cannot be deleted on request within that statutory retention period. We will notify you clearly if your erasure request falls within this limitation.
How to submit a request and escalate
To exercise any of the rights described above, submit a written request to the email address in the Contact us section below. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and aim to resolve it fully within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India under the procedures established by the DPDPA once the Board becomes fully operational.
